what a wonderful evening.
It’s truly amazing to have the kind of peers that I do, that have wonderfully inspiring jobs, like clothing designer-artist-seamstress Heather Martin. She had an opening here at the shop last night to celebrate these beautiful kites, that are a part of her FLIGHT line for Spring 2010.
Heather’s work will hover above me at the shop for the first half of the summer. Stay in touch for when we make a date to make kites in the store, with the designer herself.
That was such fun.
Claire brought in all her new Thistletown Toys and they are delightful. I had armfuls of them this morning each one cuter than the next. Totally stylish, completely adorable animals. And they’re so BIG!

Programming is for 3-6 year olds from 1pm-3pm for one week at a time. Come for a week and produce a few wonderful projects!

Recent Vitamin V attention for this beautiful set sent my first order out the door in a matter of days.
I’ve stocked up on more, and now just need a teeny tiny BBQ and the perfect Playmobil family to move in
and it’s so rad.
